Ingredients
- 15 mini cinnamon swirl bagels, cubed, or more as needed
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg, or to taste
Directions
Step 1: Line the bottom of an 11×13-inch baking dish with bagel cubes. Layer cream cheese cubes on top.
Step 2: Beat eggs, maple syrup, milk, half-and-half, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl. Pour over bread.
Step 3: Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes.
